Malcolm has had extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate throughout the Wellington region since 1989.  A proud Wellingtonian, Malcolm is the sole shareholder of Pelorus Real Estate Ltd.

Today, Pelorus is a well established and highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Agency with seven salespeople and three full time support staff serving the needs of a diverse range of commercial property clients in Wellington, the Hutt Valley and Porirua Basin.
